Styled with vintage touches and elegant decor, this timeless function space works perfectly for any occasion, Whether you are looking to host a sophisticated red-carpet affair or an intimate gathering with close friends and family, our in-house team are skilled and on hand to guide you through the entire planning process.
The first floor is made up of three rooms, with its large windows overlooking the surrounding parkland, it has a capacity for 50 seated for a meal. However, it is also an amazing space for an evening party with enough space for your best dance moves. The Gallery Bar makes the perfect spot for your guests to slip away from the dance floor and grab a drink during the evening. Across all three rooms the first floor gives you a standing capacity of 120.

Belair House is a stunning Georgian mansion dating from 1765. It has been restored to the highest standards and provides elegant backdrop for any style of film of TV projects. The space itself sits upon the beautiful Belair Park in West Dulwich South London. We have been featured in music videos, drama documentaries, feature films, advertising and TV.
The house is elegant and sophisticated, light and spacious. The central staircase provides a natural and dramatic core, with five unique spaces each with its own feel and personality.
Whether you use the whole house or just one of the lovely rooms you will find that this is a special place with a unique atmosphere.
Belair House is situated in West Dulwich only a 12 min train ride from Victoria and has great access for large vehicles from the South Circular with beautiful and spacious surroundings you would not think you were so close to the city.

Belair House has many benefits for use such as a fully working and staffed kitchen, providing catering to sort all budgets and food styles.
Our location itself has proved to be a great asset, easy to manage the public due to our controls and measures which allow us to lock of access meaning more time spent shooting in piece.
We have parking for up to 25 vehicles with easy access for loading directly into the front of the house and round the clock shooting options.
