‘We had our hearts set on Belair House for our wedding venue the moment we first walked through the door, and on the big day itself it did not disappoint. It is a wonderful house and full of character which made for a really memorable day and all our guests commented on how lovely it was. The day itself was even better than we’d hoped and events manager Laura was always on hand working to ensure things went smoothly. The food was very good and bar and restaurant staff extremely friendly and accommodating – particularly the night staff who were there til the party finished at 2am. The food was spot on with some of our guests saying that it’s the best wedding food they’d had all year. “We chose Belair House as the reception venue for our recent wedding and we couldn’t have chosen better. Belair is a stunning and historic country house but within half an hour of central London…perfect! From start to finish, we received a warm, friendly and professional service from the Events Team and the other teams at Belair House. It felt like a really personal experience – each staff member showed real enthusiasm and cared that our Special Day went just as we wanted it. And it did! They’d taken us step by step through the planning process, showing patience and calming our nerves. Then on The Big Day, they ensured that everything went smoothly…from decorations to toasts to shepherding guests. All we had to do was enjoy ourselves! Our guests were really impressed with the beautiful venue, the food and drink, and the DJ that Belair had recommended to us. We couldn’t be happier with how everything went. “I had my wedding here a few weeks ago and everything was wonderful. I was so happy with how everything came together on the day. It’s such a nice venue for London as it really feels like you are in the middle of the countryside but is really close to central London. It feels very spacious with the use of the ballroom and bar area upstairs and the big terrace off the ballroom enabled us to still be able to enjoy the nice weather.
